Our services are not limited to aerial media, we also provide full video production, visual ad campaigns, social media content, along with 3D motion graphics and animations.

Several factors are involved in estimating the price of a job such as distance to travel, complexity of the job, site conditions, complexity of post production & editing, etc. For each job we will review your specific needs and provide you with a written estimate and our contract details.

Starting price for Aerial Photographs is $350.00 - 1 flight location
Starting price for Aerial Video is $750.00 - 1 flight location
Please note that these prices fluctuate throughout the season and are base prices only. As mentioned above, all quotes are unique to services requested. Please contact us to discuss your budget, we are often able to package services in order to provide a discounted total. Our goal is to be realistic with our clients and ensure Safe, Quality Services are top priority!

This is an option offered to clients who wish to capture footage or photographs of the same area multiple times on a repeating basis. The flight location must be consistent for each shoot. Please contact us for pricing details and to discuss discounts available.

Aerial video is ideal for properties, businesses, events, or custom production projects. We are also capable of flying indoors, with sufficient space. Pricing is based on a daily rate in most cases. (RC Media will not fly over buildings, vehicles, or people unless they are part of the operation and briefed on safety prior to flights. Please contact us for specific details on flight safety.)

Projects that require travel over 50 KMs from our office incur a mileage fee which will be included on your final invoice. Please contact us for further details on travel fees. Projects that require lodging and air travel are negotiated per project.

Unless otherwise agreed upon by RC Media and the client, personal and business checks are accepted at our discretion. Online pay service can be used. The balance is due upon receipt of invoice or the terms outlined in the contract.
